By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web applications and quantitative simulation utilities provided by AlphaAnchor ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") at anchortoalpha.com, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

AlphaAnchor provides free, non-custodial financial calculation tools, including the Stock Pledge Risk Engine, SBLOC vs. Margin Comparator, and Equity Release Simulator. These tools are provided strictly for informational, educational, and scenario-modeling purposes.

AlphaAnchor is a technology and mathematical modeling platform. AlphaAnchor is not a bank, registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, tax preparer, legal firm, or custodian.

• No output, formula demonstration, simulation curve, or document generated by this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
• The use of the Platform does not establish any fiduciary, advisor-client, or contractual broker relationship.
• You must engage certified financial planners (CFP), registered investment advisors (RIA), certified public accountants (CPA), or qualified legal counsel before entering into any borrowing, leverage, or stock pledge arrangements.

All computational algorithms, risk matrices, and stress simulation routines execute entirely within your device's web browser environment using JavaScript.

While we strive for high numerical accuracy based on standard regulatory frameworks (such as Regulation U and FINRA Rule 4210 baselines), all computational projections are theoretical models. Real-world financial execution involves factors outside this software, including dynamic custodian haircut adjustments, floating rate benchmark spreads, liquidity slippage, and rapid market gap events.

All software code, mathematical models, UI/UX designs, visual elements, documentation, brand identifiers, and text displayed on AlphaAnchor are the intellectual property of AlphaAnchor and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property legislation.

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to access and utilize our tools for personal, non-commercial evaluation and educational analysis.

When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or repackage platform algorithms or source code for commercial resale or redistribution without explicit prior written consent.
• Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or extraction crawlers that place unreasonable technical loads on the platform infrastructure.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any tool from AlphaAnchor inside third-party commercial applications without proper attribution and authorization.
• Misrepresent outputs produced by AlphaAnchor as binding financial certifications or formal broker valuations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable transnational and local laws, AlphaAnchor, its creators, contributors, and operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

This limitation encompasses, without limitation, trading losses, forced margin call liquidations, unexpected tax liabilities, algorithmic discrepancies, or capital drawdowns resulting from your real-world financial actions. You assume 100% full and independent responsibility for all financial risk decisions.

The Platform integrates third-party services, including Google Analytics 4 (for aggregated platform performance telemetry) and Google AdSense (for contextual and interest-based advertising delivery).
